Crowell-Nazareth defeats Carter-Council Rock South

A guy that alot in the state of Pennsylvania would say is the most improved wrestler in District 11, possibly the state of Pennsylvania, David Crowell just proved why alot would say that. He just defeated two time returning medalist and state champion in the 160 lb. weight class in 2005 Austin Carter of Council Rock South by a decision of 7-4. Crowell, coached by his father one of the most respected coaches in the state of Pennsylvania at Nazareth High, will face off against Nate Eachus, a Junior at Hazleton High with a record of 39-6 in tonight's 189 lb. state championship final.
